Ergebnisse der Jahreshauptversammlung (JHV) 2024 in Kürze:

 Der Einladung des Vorstands folgten 32 Mitglieder ≅ 33% der Gesamtmitglieder.

 Auf Basis der Power Point-Präsentation mit ausführlichen informationen zum Geschäftsjahr 2023 und dem Ausblick auf das laufende Jahr 2024 wurden u.a. die Jahresrechnung 2023 verabschiedet, der Haushaltsplan für 2024 beschlossen und der Vorstand für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 entlastet.

 Results of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 in short:

 32 members of the club ≅ 33% of the total number of members followed the Invitation to the AGM 2024.

 Based on the Power Point-Presentation with detailed informations about the fiscal year 2023 and an outloook into the actual year 2024 several decisions have been made: Annual accounts 2023 and budget planning for 2024 have been accepted and  discharge was granted to the Management Board for the fiscal year 2023.
